Mooresville,
NC (Sept. 15, 2009)
-
ARCA RE/MAX Series driver and 2008 Concord Motorsports
Park Legends Champion Justin Lloyd has recently teamed
up with Activ8 Communications in Mooresville, North
Carolina. The 17-year-old driver cut his racing teeth in
quarter midgets at age 5, and after claiming nine
championships and numerous wins, moved on to Legends
cars and Late Model Super Trucks when he was 14.
Quick success in his legends car and a championship last
year fueled Justin's progression. In July 2009 he made
his debut at Berlin Speedway in the ARCA RE/MAX Series,
driving the No. 15 LNCS-Calero Investments- RM
Technology Chevrolet. Catching on to the feel of
the stock car in a very short amount of time, Justin
finished eighth in his first career start and is looking
to compete full-time in the series in 2010.
Activ8 Communications will handle all of Justin Lloyd's
public relations, marketing and digital media projects.
Justin hopes the representation, marketing, and branding
Activ8 provides will give him an opportunity to be known
with some of the top performers in the sport today.
"Activ8 is going to help give me an edge over my
competition and provide me with tools to succeed in this
sport," Lloyd commented. "I'm excited about
the growth in my racing career, as well as the new
opportunities Activ8 will provide."
Mike Calinoff, CEO of Activ8, also believes that Justin
will have a strong presence and successful future in the
sport.
"Activ8 is excited to be a part of Justin Lloyd's
motorsports career," Calinoff said. "We
believe he has an immense amount of talent and possesses
what it takes to be successful."
Justin is scheduled to compete in the final ARCA event
of 2009 at Rockingham Speedway. The Carolina 200 will be
broadcast on SPEED at
10 PM EST on Sunday, October 11th. You can learn more
