Some race car drivers pray for rain and others hope it never comes. U.S. Legends at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Summer Shootout regularly perform in the rain and Justin Lloyd always seems to accelerate under the tough weather conditions. 

 

Last Tuesday was no different as Lloyd, of Mooresville, N.C., made his way to Victory Lane in the Legend Car Pro division after a hard down pour.
